WHAT ARE YOU DOING NEXT?

1. •I recently directed a pilot for Fox called “The Station” starring John Goodman, Justin Bartha, & Rob Huebel, produced by Ben Stiller.  Don’t know yet whether it will be picked up for series. 
   

2. •I also directed an episode of the very funny Party Down series on Starz which will be part of their 2nd season, starting this coming spring.
   

3. •Ken Marino and I have written a new feature film script which we’re putting together to hopefully shoot soon.
   

4. •Ken and I are also in process writing three other scripts, one of which could also be the next movie we make.
   

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF WAINY DAYS?

The web series is ongoing and I will make more episodes as soon as I have some free time, although not sure when that will be.  There is also a script we have for a TV series version of it, which we will do if we can find the the right home for it.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF STELLA?

Michael & Michael are focusing primarily on their show & stand-up act at the moment, so Stella’s on the back burner for the moment.  But in the future we may do more touring and/or TV projects.  We we are also developing a Stella movie.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE STATE?

After having done some live shows of new material recently, The State remains interested in doing more work together as a full group.  As always depends on schedules so it’s up in the air.

IS THERE GONNA BE A PREQUEL TO WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER?

Maybe.  It’s an idea Michael Showalter and I have been playing around with for a while. Don’t know yet if, when, or exactly what form it would take.

WHEN WILL THERE BE MORE EPISODES OF SUPERJAIL?

I don’t know.  Last I heard they were writing scripts.

WHEN WILL CHILDRENS HOSPITAL BE ON ADULT SWIM?

Some time next year, but I’m not sure when.
