Hello, David, welcome to the internet. I know this is way back here, and I wonder if there’s no comments because no one knew about it, or have they been erased over time? These things keep me awake at night. So I’ve read the whole journal back from the beginning of June 06, and followed most of the links, which is more than people can say for my own site. I admit I did have a lot of time on my hands, because I’m about to have a baby, so I don’t have a job or move around much. If the baby weren’t a girl, I would be naming it David, after you, but as is, Paul will have to suffice.
